Tag… I’m it!
I was tagged by Naughty Heather of Extemporaneous as a “thinking blogger”, and part of the game is that I’m supposed to name 5 other bloggers that make me think. All are worth visiting and you’re sure to come away with something to ponder.
Inel – This super-intelligent lady tackles the complicated subject of climate change with ease. Even if I don’t always understand the science behind her posts, I have so much respect for her passion and relentless desire to wake us up to the dangers of global warming. She’s also a very nice person!
Downright Personal – “A lesbian pastor writes about single parenting, transracial adoption, loving a woman and life’s contradictions.” That’s her tagline and it doesn’t get much more interesting than that. I love to read her unique perspectives on parenting, adoption and homosexuality.
Rosie O’Donnell – She never fails to amaze me. Completely fearless and outspoken, she inspires me to live my life more openly and to question authority. I love her complete lack of pride and the way she defines celebrity on her own terms.
Necessary Therapy – Another pastor with a very interesting way of looking at the world and current events. He has a great sense of humor and the ability to facilitate civil and involving discussions (i.e. – I’m Okay, You’re All Gay).
Known Knowns – I just discovered this writer last week and I found her blog both humorous and intensely real. Reading about her life is like enjoying a good book and it’s nice to see the world through another person’s eyes.
I won’t bother with tagging these individuals (not like I could tag Rosie anyway), as they will be able to find this post in their incoming links. Check them out and I’m sure that you’ll enjoy them just as much as I do.
Thanks again to Heather for the gracious comments about my blog!

dr pers,
You’re welcome!
Dear Brian,
I appreciate your outgoing/incoming link
Climate change seems to be the most popular topic overall on my blog, but you can also vote for my friend Tim’s art, and see photos of a few familiar places too. “Oh! The places we’ve been!” this week with friends from California actually encouraged me to follow your lead and Flickr a few examples.

P.S. Does this mean I should tag five more bloggers too? I guess so …
inel,
You’re welcome, too! I did see that you added Flickr, which I thought was really cool. You take beautiful photographs.
It’s totally up to you if you want to tag five more.
Thank you very much for the plug. I will do my utmost to live up to your highest. If not – keep me on your roll anyway. My ego needs it.
Oh.My.God!
Never in my blogging life have I been “tagged!” Especially with such a nice bi-line, too! You’ve made my day. I’ll be happy to return the favor.
Thank you!
Pistolpete & Cturpen,
You both are also welcome. I guess that takes care of everyone except Rosie. I’m sure she’ll drop by anytime.
Brian, you rock!
