I didn’t see anything in the Black Friday ads worth getting up for. Of course I don’t exactly live in the mega-capital for shopping, but usually Wal-mart has SOMEthing I can’t live without.

Not this year.

Wow!!! A Wal-Mart parking lot 2/3 full on Black Friday at 9:00 AM?? Mark it down on your calendar, it might never happen again.

Black Friday for REALLY lazy people (such as myself) is shopping Amazon.com. I bought the entire series of Gilmore Girls (individual instead of the complete series in one package). They are usually $38.99 each, but they were $14.99 so I COULD NOT resist. I ended up with the whole series for $128 (the complete one-package thing was on sale for $189, regular $250). AWESOME! I also hit up Williams Sonoma outlet on Saturday and got a fondue pot and come mugs. Yay for sales! I’m with MBMQ though–nothing could get me out of the house and into a store on Friday.

@ MBMQ: The price on the flat screen at WM was unbelievable! We already have two nice televisions and I probably won’t upgrade until I have to, even though it’s tempting.
