It really is amazing how things change so quickly, but they always work out for the best. There was a guy in my driving class that looked so much like your dad it was scary. Really. His name's Kyle, but I kept wanting to call him Brian. (When I wrote down our lunch order one day, I actually wrote Brian on his order.) Great post.

I've never understood the conviction among so many religious people that everyone is going to hell and everything is miserable, etc, etc. Shouldn't God be a source of joy in one's life?
